Manage and grow the HPE Academic Alliance in Puerto Rico and the Americas. Assess skills gaps, build university relationships, develop engagement plans, coordinate stakeholders, promote courses and certifications, administer LMS activities, track program metrics, and drive initiatives to increase training and employment outcomes for students.

Owns global strategy, governance, policies, processes, and platforms for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting. Leads enterprise roadmaps, business requirements, capability prioritization, governance forums, vendor management, and cross-functional transformation across Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations. Oversees Salesforce, Clari, analytics, and reporting capabilities while improving forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, seller productivity, adoption, and business predictability. Partners with executives on strategic recommendations, organizational change, enablement, and operational escalations.

Leads multiple engineering managers and contributors across projects and programs. Oversees headcount, budgets, schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, supplier relationships, escalations, process improvements, and strategic decisions. Manages employee hiring, performance, coaching, and career development while coordinating with program management, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives.

Leads supply chain and manufacturing programs from new product introduction through product lifecycle decline. Manages cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, costs, quality, delivery, process development, and sustaining engineering changes. Coordinates internal and external resources across multiple countries, develops supply chain processes and documentation, manages senior stakeholders, and drives issue resolution and performance improvement.

Leads end-to-end manufacturing programs for new hardware product introduction and lifecycle management. Oversees supply chain requirements, schedules, quality, cost, delivery, risk mitigation, process development, and sustaining engineering changes. Coordinates cross-functional internal and external teams of more than 20 people across multiple countries, manages stakeholders, resolves roadblocks, communicates progress, and drives manufacturing and supply chain performance improvements.

Manages moderately complex customer projects from delivery through financial oversight, business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, budgets, P&L, forecasts, risks, legal and commercial issues, customer relationships, opportunities, and internal and external teams of fewer than 20 people. The role also mentors team members and supports qualification of larger opportunities.
