Lead pillar-level delivery for a large-scale AAA game project by translating priorities into sprint plans, facilitating Scrum/Kanban rituals, managing dependencies and risks, keeping backlogs actionable, supporting cross-pod communication, improving workflows, and reinforcing a collaborative, accountable team culture to ensure milestone-driven production.

Lead and scale asset production pipelines for a large AAA game, managing Associate Producers, vendors, and co-development partners. Define workflows for intake, tracking, review, approval, integration and delivery; ensure visibility across priorities, dependencies, risks and milestones; maintain asset tracking systems (e.g., Jira); coordinate cross-discipline stakeholders; produce delivery reports and support milestone readiness and quality gates.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, construct, and commission enabling infrastructure (roadways, bridges, rail) and resort site logistics. Direct strategy, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, stakeholder coordination, safety/EHS, quality, and commissioning.
