Partners with product owners, finance teams, system integrators, and implementation partners to align billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, tax, and legal requirements. Reviews solution designs, manages dependencies, supports testing and cutovers, influences regional implementations, and ensures aggressive program milestones are achieved.

Manages HR technology governance, intake, demand prioritization, portfolio alignment, and transition of approved requests into delivery. Builds stakeholder relationships, evaluates business value and risks, facilitates governance meetings, maintains decision records, and develops dashboards and leadership reporting.
