Build execution plans, run Scrum rituals, track metrics, document pricing policies, and partner with Pricing Strategy, Revenue, Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Digital teams to operationalize SaaS product releases and pricing frameworks.

Lead strategy, design, and operations for global Communities of Practice to scale technical readiness and AI adoption across customer-facing roles. Build governance, recruit regional leaders, embed AI-enabled enablement, amplify content, measure community health, and drive sustained behavior change across GEOs.
