Lead Business Process Improvement and Transformation for Payment Integrity. Develop strategy, business cases and execution roadmaps; partner with Operations, Analytics, R&D and Technology. Track operational performance using automated statistical control models, dashboards and scorecards; ensure benefits are captured in P&L.
