Serve as strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales by preparing executive and board materials, facilitating decisions, aligning cross-functional teams, leading sales planning and reporting, analyzing growth opportunities, and driving the sales organization’s operating rhythm. Lead global sales strategy initiatives, executive communications, meetings, offsites, and projects across GTM, Finance, People, Legal, and product teams.

Lead finance technology programs spanning product launches, quote-to-cash, record-to-report, ERP, billing, revenue systems, data flows, and IT general controls. Translate finance requirements into roadmaps, coordinate Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, Security, and Audit stakeholders, improve reconciliation and data lineage, manage risks and workarounds, and ensure systems and controls are auditable. Build AI-assisted workflows with quality evaluation and human review controls.

Own and improve bug reporting, escalation, tracking, and resolution workflows for product quality. Partner with Product and Engineering to measure and optimize CX bug management, incident response, and KPIs. Build documentation, training, QA processes, and data-driven recommendations to scale support experiences.

Lead design and scale of global post-sales growth programs to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. Build measurement frameworks, operating cadences, stakeholder alignment, and field-facing playbooks. Translate insights into repeatable programs, partner with RevOps, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and regional teams, and operationalize initiatives from strategy through execution.

Manage Japanese localization QA for Customer Education: apply localization standards, develop glossaries/style guides, QA training content and LMS/course implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and document repeatable localization workflows to improve quality and time-to-launch.
