Owns high-impact Core IT programs from problem definition through implementation across systems and business domains. Advises senior leadership on organizational design, systems architecture, process strategy, and operational excellence. Establishes requirements frameworks, coordinates stakeholders and resources, manages complex programs, improves scalable business processes, analyzes IT performance and financial metrics, supports compliance programs, and mentors analysts and engineers.

Lead the Enablement Shared Services function to deliver learning experience design, governance, reporting, program management, and logistics. Build operational rigor, intake/prioritization frameworks, and reporting to measure program adoption and impact while managing and developing the Shared Services managers and teams.

The Manager II, Engineering Program Management will lead a team in launching hardware products, managing operations from development to mass production, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
