Responsibilities include developing roadmaps and timelines, managing scope, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, client expectations, communications, approvals, integrations, reporting, data mapping, and issue escalation. The role drives system adoption, client satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget delivery while applying PMI methodologies and collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts.
