Leads projects involving case management, CTI, self-service, customer experience, and order fulfillment. Owns user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and change management; prototypes AI-powered workflows and mentors other business systems analysts.

Supports the scaling of WHOOP’s wholesale and B2B operations by improving ERP, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting systems. Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions, integrations, and process improvements. Leads initiatives from requirements through implementation, testing, training, and support while mentoring other business systems analysts and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
