Own scalable customer programs from planning and recruitment through launch, engagement, measurement, closeout, and handoff. Coordinate Product, Design, Research, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Analytics teams. Lead pre-PMF product testing, relaunch the Customer Advisory Board, integrate customer testing into launch-readiness processes, and establish repeatable customer insight loops and operating playbooks.

Lead Dropbox’s commercial retention and renewals strategy, designing scalable operating models, programs, playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to reduce churn, improve adoption, automate workflows, and increase recurring revenue. Analyze customer and renewal performance, influence senior leaders, and guide transformation from strategy through execution.

Own and operate the Workforce Planning operating system: plan and run governance forums and reporting, track milestones/dependencies/risks, enable adoption of tools and outputs, package and distribute insights, coordinate cross-functional delivery, build templates/playbooks, run training, and prepare executive materials to ensure consistent, scaled workforce planning operations.
