Owns end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for Monevo UK, coordinating Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams. The role manages launch plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications across concurrent implementations. It also resolves delivery barriers, improves onboarding processes and scalability, monitors performance metrics, and directly manages one Product Operations Analyst.

Manage complex business-change projects across the UK and Europe, overseeing objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, governance, quality assurance, change requests, and implementation. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate clients, suppliers, business leaders, and operational stakeholders. Produce project plans, financial reports, progress metrics, RAID logs, communications, and Programme Board updates while ensuring delivery meets agreed time, cost, and quality standards.

Supports Global Operations PMO governance and assurance by monitoring portfolio performance, tracking risks and variances, developing executive dashboards and reporting, maintaining project documentation, managing SharePoint knowledge content, and driving process improvements. The role partners with portfolio leads and project managers to enforce standards, assess KPIs and quality metrics, and align programs with strategic priorities.

Leads strategy, roadmap ownership, governance, execution, and operational readiness for enterprise Platform Operations initiatives. Coordinates engineering, architecture, security, quality, and operations teams; manages dependencies, risks, milestones, releases, and stakeholder communications. Establishes quality gates, security and SDLC controls, operational readiness processes, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement programs focused on reliability, automation, scalability, delivery predictability, and cost optimization.

Lead large-scale digital service platform and CRM integration projects across cross-functional teams. Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery from concept through execution. Build project plans, dashboards, and executive summaries, translate business strategy into actionable scope and success metrics, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, analytics, UX, and operations.

Support the CRO and senior leaders to plan and execute strategic initiatives for the Colombia market. Lead high-complexity projects, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, maintain governance artifacts, and produce executive-ready materials and performance dashboards to drive informed decisions.

Serve as Scrum Master coaching and facilitating Scrum/ART ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, support Product Owners, drive Lean-Agile transformation, manage dependencies and reporting across teams to ensure value delivery.

Lead and deliver strategic business and technology initiatives end-to-end. Define objectives, align stakeholders, manage governance, risks, issues, and change. Drive portfolio planning, continuous improvement, and adoption of data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
