Manage multiple advanced undersea technology and signal-processing programs for national security customers. Responsibilities include tracking cost, schedule, and technical performance; leading proposals; managing subcontractors and contract manufacturers; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; briefing leadership; maintaining program baselines; and anticipating and resolving risks, resource, security, and contracting challenges. The role requires substantial defense or intelligence program management experience, technical understanding of undersea systems, and active high-level security clearance.

Lead multiple defense R&D programs, manage schedule/budget/risk, coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors, support proposals and capture, ensure delivery of operational prototypes and demonstrations.
