Design and launch revenue-driving benefits and initiatives, resolve complex issues, synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, and present strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership. Focus on improving partner onboarding, engagement, activation, satisfaction, and program performance through documented, iterative processes and AI-enabled operational solutions.
