Own day-to-day partner program operations and key workstreams for Squarespace Circle. Manage referral and marketplace lifecycle, optimize onboarding and engagement, implement scalable process improvements (including AI), synthesize community feedback and data into strategic recommendations, and launch programs that drive partner revenue and engagement.

Lead cross-functional program management for Commercial Strategy: plan and track projects, mitigate risks, manage A/B test pipelines, design team processes and playbooks, drive pricing and packaging knowledge-sharing, and use AI tools to synthesize outputs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, UXR, Tax, Legal, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution and scalable delivery.
