The role partners extensively with product, engineering, analytics, compliance, and operations teams.

Lead program managers and specialists supporting Remitly’s new products and initiatives. Build scalable customer support programs, policies, SOPs, automation, AI-enabled workflows, launch readiness plans, and performance measurement systems. Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams across financial services domains. Manage stakeholder communication, prioritization, risk, platform migrations, and cross-functional program delivery while improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Lead strategy and day-to-day management of outsourced BPO customer operations. Own vendor/site relationships, SLAs, capacity planning, contracts, and performance. Run cross-functional programs, apply data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement, partner with Product, Finance, Quality, and WFM, and drive operational efficiencies and customer experience improvements across global vendor sites.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Remitly’s global business disbursement program. Lead external partnerships, technical integrations, commercial structures, platform investments, and cross-functional execution across engineering, compliance, and business teams. Define scalable integration frameworks, analyze performance data, prioritize investments, influence senior stakeholders, and apply AI tools to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and program operations.

As a Program Manager for the Fraud Program, you will lead initiatives to reduce fraud losses, enhance detection capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation and risk mitigation.

Lead and run the operating rhythm for the Core Transfer Experience org: set meeting cadences, goal-setting and tracking, executive communications, and cross-squad programs. Prepare the GM for executive forums, drive cross-team initiatives to committed dates, manage org mechanics with Recruiting and Finance, and build scalable processes, templates, and documentation. Hold leaders accountable, escalate appropriately, and remove organizational friction to deliver outcomes across distributed teams.
