Manage end-to-end benefit plan implementations as single point-of-contact, create and track project plans and issue logs, coordinate stakeholders, ensure performance guarantees, evaluate exceptions, recommend design solutions, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive timely, accurate client onboarding.

Lead and build the implementation standards function for partner and employer onboarding. Own tooling, processes, playbooks, training, change management, and stakeholder communications. Manage Implementation Coordinators and drive cross-team standardization, playbook maintenance, and onboarding readiness reporting across platforms.
