Partner with business and technology stakeholders, provide project reporting, influence priorities, resolve barriers, and align initiatives with strategic objectives across Institutional Solutions Technology.

Lead and grow a centralized Operations PMO to ensure high-quality delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives. Oversee project managers, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams; manage KPIs, resource allocation, governance, risk, and stage-gates; drive continuous improvement, training, and career paths; partner with senior stakeholders and technology to translate priorities into executable delivery plans and ensure successful adoption and ROI.
