Manage multiple Motor Vehicle Records onboarding projects from kickoff through completion. Prepare and track state paperwork, coordinate with external vendors, communicate with customers and internal implementation consultants, maintain accurate project records, and resolve or escalate roadblocks. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive ownership, and effective communication across compliance operations and customer-facing workflows.

Manage cross-functional event projects from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, dependencies, vendors, venues, promotional materials, and on-site logistics. Identify risks, resolve blockers, communicate status and run-of-shows, and improve event workflows. The role supports field marketing events, trade shows, sponsorships, virtual experiences, and multiple simultaneous initiatives while coordinating Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

Coordinate hardware installation projects from pre-sales through transition to implementation. Manage customer and partner documentation, installation scopes, quotes, timelines, subcontractor selection, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Serve as the primary contact for installation partners during booking and address scoping questions. Prepare complete project information for Implementation Project Managers, track multiple assignments, identify risks, and support timely, successful installations.

Own end-to-end enterprise implementations of Motive hardware and SaaS, lead project planning and governance, manage cross-functional teams and risks, drive customer training and adoption, and transition customers to long-term support while ensuring timelines, scope, and high satisfaction.
