Serve as Chief of Staff to the CTO, driving cross-functional strategic programs, operational cadence, executive and board deliverables, leadership meeting preparation, customer and partner engagement, M&A coordination, and organizational communication. The role requires strong executive communication, follow-through, process improvement, accountability management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Manage CEO and founder initiatives across the organization, coordinating cross-functional programs, objectives, metrics, communications, leadership reviews, customer and employee engagement, and board meeting preparation. The role drives alignment, transparency, executive follow-up, and operational consistency while representing the CEO with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
