Work closely with the CEO, co-founders, and exec team to lead CEO-visible programs: align objectives, produce executive communications, run leadership ops reviews, prepare board materials, manage CEO outreach and follow-ups, and drive cross-functional execution and reporting to ensure organizational alignment and outcomes.
