Chief of Staff serving as a strategic and operational partner to trading leadership. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, manages milestones and stakeholders, supports budgeting, vendor oversight, staffing, strategic planning, communications, and process improvement. Performs daily PnL reconciliation checks and escalates discrepancies. The role requires strong analytical, financial, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with an in-office presence in Chicago four days per week.
