Support payment partner and bank governance through scorecards, performance tracking, and network optimization. Provide data-driven stakeholder updates and drive operational excellence across Flywire’s global payment network.

Manage client integrations from discovery through go-live for Flywire payments products. Lead workshops, configure portals, support API/checkout integrations, troubleshoot, provide post-launch support, document processes, and relay client feedback to product teams.

Lead technical integrations for Flywire's payments platform: configure and test client environments, set up file specs and jobs, run client technical meetings, collaborate with product and engineering, produce technical documentation, ensure system performance and quality, and contribute to product vision and customer experience.

Lead complex business transformation initiatives by partnering with a Program Manager, managing risks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes across the organization.
