Serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO/CBO and lead the Strategy & Operations team, driving enterprise strategy, cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and high-priority projects. Build and scale a high-performing S&O team, set operating standards, recruit and develop talent, and ensure follow-through on critical decisions. Act as a trusted advisor, translating strategy into execution and improving organizational effectiveness.

Lead GTM strategy, forecasting, and operational execution for Flex’s New Verticals. Build reporting and revenue systems, design sales processes, territory structures, and pipeline frameworks. Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and RevOps. Perform market sizing, TAM analysis, and business cases for new verticals. Hire and grow a revenue strategy and operations team to scale greenfield lines of business.
