Lead development and governance of commissioning standards, controls, and reporting across US capital construction programs. Define commissioning scope, readiness criteria, test/validation protocols, and turnover gates. Integrate commissioning into project plans, contracts, schedules, and enterprise systems. Coordinate across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations to enable cleanroom and facilities startup and operational readiness.
