Manage and execute R3 product line programs ensuring cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. Develop program plans, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Contracts/Finance/Procurement/IT/Security, support capture and proposals, apply EVM and defense contract knowledge, and foster continuous improvement and leadership in ethics, safety, and security. Role is full-time onsite.

Lead program activities for the F-15 EPAWSS portfolio, managing schedule, budget, technical performance, risk mitigation, customer and supplier relationships, reporting, team leadership, compliance, and safety across development, production, sustainment, and capture efforts.
