Produce functional and technical connector specifications, write user stories and test cases, track project progress, support developers, run beta/alpha testing, assist deployments, lead partner workshops, and manage multiple connector projects.

Manage customer onboarding for Yooz AP automation: lead projects from pre-sale to go-live, configure applications and ERP integrations, scope technical data transfers, write specs and SOWs, collaborate with developers and partners, support post go-live and process improvements, and deliver trainings to drive adoption and ROI.
