Teach in-person full-stack Web Development courses at Howard University (Aug–Dec 2026). Lead lectures, prepare engaging lessons from CodePath curriculum, manage TAs, coordinate with program staff and faculty, track KPIs, and iterate on course content based on student feedback. Must attend pre-course training and weekly syncs.

Own and maintain the master program plan for Claude Corps, run cross-functional cadence and stakeholder communications, manage external partner relationships, codify scalable processes and tooling, and produce executive reporting to ensure timely cohort launches and program growth.

Lead and scale delivery operations for large, live education programs. Manage 1-2 layers of staff, own end-to-end program launches and live course streams, author playbooks and runbooks, ensure data-driven interventions, and maintain delivery quality and retention across formats and large cohorts.
