Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to gather and translate requirements, maintain product backlog, support Agile ceremonies, lead UAT and releases, provide production support, document systems/processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve client digital journeys for a cloud-based payment instruction platform.
