Lead and scale the Corporate Strategy operating system, translating vision into execution via OKRs, business reviews, board materials, and cross-functional initiatives. Build and manage a centralized strategy & operations team, partner with execs and Strategic Finance on planning, fundraising, and resource allocation, and drive high-impact, ambiguous projects to improve organizational execution.
