Manage end-to-end product development projects from concept through production. Establish timelines, track deliverables, monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure launches are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Compliance, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, and Operations, while reporting project status and action items to the PMO. The role manages multiple projects with changing requirements in a deadline-driven consumer packaged goods environment.
