Manage enterprise programs by aligning strategy, projects, vendors, stakeholders, milestones, risks, metrics, and business outcomes. The role requires developing program plans, applying Agile methods, maintaining lifecycle artifacts, coaching project teams, advising senior leaders, managing change, and addressing dependencies across business and technology initiatives.

Facilitates portfolio work intake, prioritization, governance, and value realization. Develops portfolio metrics, reporting, tools, and process improvements; communicates progress and commitments to stakeholders; drives collaboration and adoption of Lean and SAFe practices; identifies Agile coaching opportunities; aligns release trains and business teams; and supports data-driven investment and business decisions.

Manages housing stability philanthropy programs, including grant development, execution, reporting, and grantee relationships. Builds partnerships with government, community, and philanthropic organizations to advance housing supply and homeownership in Detroit. Uses data and SMART goals to guide investments, assess systemic opportunities, manage risks, and support organizational strategy. Coordinates with internal operations and communications teams on metrics, infrastructure, and storytelling.

Serve as strategic partner to CEO/COO to translate strategy into action, drive cross-functional coordination, manage high-priority initiatives, prepare board materials, support executive decision-making, and during ramp-up act as Chief People Officer to shape culture and HR strategy.
