Lead enterprise-scale data infrastructure integration and modernization programs, aligning security, compliance, and cloud strategies across teams. Develop roadmaps and establish operational standards to support migration from on-premise to cloud.

Lead and independently manage components of multiple real estate development projects from conception through opening. Perform financial underwriting, feasibility analyses, development modeling, and budgeting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, review consultant deliverables, analyze development opportunities and risks, prepare investment materials and presentations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and track project schedules, pro formas, and industry trends to support leadership decisions.

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and executive team to translate strategy into action, drive cross-functional coordination, manage high-priority initiatives, prepare Board materials, and support executive decision-making. During initial ramp-up, also act as Chief People Officer to shape culture, recruitment strategy, and HR. Ensure alignment, accountability, and confidential handling of sensitive matters across scientific and operational teams.
