Translates strategy into an integrated portfolio of affinity groups, field networks, and community experiences; establishes governance, planning, resource allocation, measurement, and reporting disciplines; partners with field and Home Office stakeholders; evaluates performance and guides investment decisions. The role also leads teams, represents the function at national events, and travels regularly to General Offices and field engagements.

Supports Agency Communities programs and field experiences across a distributed network of agents and advisors. Responsibilities include planning and executing community initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and logistics, developing playbooks and toolkits, tracking requests and funding, gathering feedback, monitoring engagement, maintaining program data, reporting results, and improving programs. The role requires strong relationship-building, facilitation, organization, independent judgment, and regular travel to General Offices and other field locations.

Leads and coaches multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train, facilitating ceremonies, resolving dependencies and delivery risks, analyzing delivery metrics, and improving Agile maturity. Partners with Product and Technology leaders to align execution with strategic objectives, coaches teams and leaders on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices, and drives predictable delivery and continuous improvement across complex enterprise technology initiatives.

Leads strategic initiatives for field learning, advisor development, and practice management. Defines priorities, frameworks, initiative charters, KPIs, and execution roadmaps; partners with operations, product, technology, data, and field leadership teams to drive scalable adoption. Monitors performance, gathers field feedback, supports governance, and advises senior leaders on initiatives that improve advisor capability, productivity, engagement, and practice sustainability.

Leads Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint execution, impediment removal, dependency management, and continuous improvement. Oversees testing strategy, test planning, defect triage, UAT coordination, automation, shift-left quality practices, and release validation. Tracks delivery and quality metrics, communicates risks and readiness, and partners with Product Owners, engineers, testers, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality technology modernization outcomes.

Lead an Agile Release Train as its chief Scrum Master and servant leader. Facilitate ART events, coordinate dependencies, manage risks, track OKRs and delivery metrics, coach Scrum Masters and teams, improve Agile maturity, and align stakeholders around predictable software delivery. Establish consistent Lean-Agile practices, strengthen engineering and quality processes, and foster communities of practice across teams and ARTs.

Coordinate the CORE program’s automation and reporting workstreams, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, stakeholders, testing evidence, documentation, and change-management deliverables. Manage recurring meetings, action items, status reporting, onboarding materials, and executive updates while supporting finance transformation initiatives and coordinating with technical builders.

Leads governance, prioritization, planning, reporting, and operating rhythms across the Digital Service portfolio. Integrates strategic priorities, synthesizes complex information for executive decisions, identifies risks and dependencies, and drives cross-functional execution across Service, Technology, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
