Partner with technical teams on integrations and internal AI builds while maintaining vendor guardrails and ensuring safe, valuable adoption.

Drive end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of healthcare payments products (HSA debit rails, ACH/RTP, claims reimbursement, real-time notifications). Lead Agile execution, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration; use AI-enabled workflows for research and synthesis. Measure and optimize payment metrics (authorization/decline rates, error rates, cost-per-transaction) and translate customer insights into testable product improvements.

Supports the trading platform product roadmap by writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; managing backlog items; partnering with Engineering during Agile development; analyzing trader feedback, usage metrics, and experiments; coordinating user acceptance testing; and owning smaller features through launch. The role also collaborates with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing, tracks competitors and fintech trends, and maintains product documentation and changelogs.

Own the strategy and execution of Trustly’s risk platform, including decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on model thresholds, features, monitoring, architecture, and feedback loops. Optimize approval rates, loss exposure, and payment guarantee economics. Drive activation, usage, customer training, and dollars recovered or protected while rapidly iterating in an ambiguous startup environment.
