Translates business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Uses customer research, analytics, and product metrics to guide decisions, while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, data stakeholders, and users to improve data quality, governance, discoverability, usability, adoption, and business value.

Develop and execute strategic plans for CIBC’s deposit product suite, including product enhancements, campaigns, client engagement, business cases, market assessments, and new product concepts. Lead initiatives from ideation through implementation, analyze financial and operational data, assess competitive developments, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence senior leaders while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and client outcomes.

Own the AI product roadmap, prioritization, accuracy metrics, model and vendor requirements, release planning, and correction feedback loop. Partner with engineering, product, tax, QA, UX, and client success to improve document extraction coverage, accuracy, cost, latency, and filing readiness across K1x products.

Owns product backlogs and prioritization for software development projects. Collaborates with stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Application Owners, and Scrum teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, milestones, and release plans. Leads Agile planning and Scrum events, coordinates user acceptance testing, accepts completed stories, gathers feedback, and drives process improvements. Requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, relationship management, and remote collaboration skills.

Own the vendor integration product area, including payments, cards, identity, data, documents, and SSO. Lead vendor evaluations, technical diligence, requirements, roadmaps, certifications, pilots, UAT, releases, and client rollouts. Write PRDs and implementation documentation, coordinate engineering and QA, manage the Jira backlog, prototype workflows, and build AI-powered PM tooling. Requires strong B2B platform product management experience, fintech or integrations expertise, technical fluency in C# and TypeScript, and practical knowledge of APIs, authentication, PCI scope, and banking integrations.

Own Harvey’s finance applications portfolio, including NetSuite, procurement, spend, billing, and revenue systems. Lead discovery, process and system design, roadmap prioritization, architecture, integrations, configuration, automation, testing, and deployment across global finance workflows. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, Security, and Business Technology to solve complex multi-entity, multi-currency, billing, and revenue recognition challenges while establishing governance, quality standards, and scalable best practices.

Manages professional irrigation product lines across the full lifecycle, including roadmap development, product strategy, innovation, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life transitions. Translates installer and contractor needs into product requirements, leads cross-functional development with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and conducts market and competitor analysis. Owns expertise in irrigation systems, water management, water efficiency, smart controllers, and pumping technologies while ensuring accurate product data and improved usability, reliability, and field performance.

Own defined improvements to UGLYCASH’s fintech core experience, including deposits, card transactions, account flows, monitoring, and internal tools. Investigate customer issues with support, engineers, and product data; trace root causes; prioritize solutions; and measure outcomes. Use AI, data analysis, and technical investigation to prevent recurring problems and improve reliability.
