Leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Distribution and Marketing data products on Snowflake. Translates business needs into backlogs, epics, and user stories; prioritizes work; guides engineering squads; and embeds governance, security, compliance, and AI readiness. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, evaluates build-versus-buy opportunities, monitors product KPIs, resolves data issues, and drives continuous improvement across complex initiatives.

Lead the vision and strategy for ServiceNow’s enterprise search, RAG, question-answering, and conversational AI products. Drive measurable business and customer outcomes, guide engineering and ML partners, incorporate user research and market insights, expand AI capabilities across the platform, and define performance metrics. Manage and mentor a team of at least four Product Managers while securing executive alignment and delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Own strategy and execution for new payor and employer offerings, including Grow’s next-generation EAP product. Deepen payor partnerships, define product vision and MVPs, design end-to-end healthcare workflows, and navigate authorizations, contracts, claims, reimbursement, and payor requirements. Partner with corporate development and cross-functional teams to shape ambiguous early-stage opportunities, balance near-term outcomes with platform investments, and deliver impactful healthcare products.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Gusto’s conversational AI assistant for small businesses. Expand capabilities across payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance; define integrations and agent-accessible APIs; and partner with engineering, data, design, and research teams. Establish AI quality standards, customer trust principles, and product priorities while shipping incremental improvements quickly.

Own and prioritize the Workday/ERP product backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, partner with Finance and business leaders, support Agile delivery and releases, manage integrations and reporting, ensure compliance and security, and drive continuous improvement and adoption across Workday modules.
