Own the product strategy and production delivery of shared AI services and infrastructure across 2K. Drive opportunity intake, prioritization, build-versus-buy decisions, roadmap communication, governance, adoption, reliability, cost, latency, and output quality. Partner with engineering, data science, security, trust and safety, and senior leadership to deliver scalable AI capabilities with auditable compliance and measurable business value.

Lead product strategy for an unannounced live-service game IP. Partner with development, publishing, monetization, commercial, marketing, and analytics teams to define product needs, prioritize features, understand player behavior, evaluate market trends, test hypotheses, and optimize player engagement and business outcomes. Advocate for players while guiding decisions around competitive gaming, content, monetization, and live-service strategy.

The Senior Director of Product Management will lead product strategy and team efforts to enhance player engagement and revenue for 2K Sports Lab's games.

Plan and oversee in-game advertising for iOS and Android, managing and optimizing Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns. Run A/B tests, maintain vendor/mediation relationships, collaborate with UA and Product, and analyze metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV, Fill Rates) to drive monetization and player experience improvements.
