Lead discovery, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, backlog management, delivery partnerships, adoption, and lifecycle decisions across HR, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, Privacy, and Legal. Establish product health measures while championing data governance, privacy, security, lineage, access controls, retention, and responsible AI for workforce data capabilities.

Leads the Compliance and Tax technology portfolio, defining strategy, product roadmaps, modernization initiatives, governance, and investment priorities. Advises senior Compliance and Tax executives, oversees product and delivery teams, manages vendors and budgets, and ensures technology meets security, risk, regulatory, and operational standards. Drives AI, automation, analytics, cloud adoption, and process improvement while developing a geographically distributed organization and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Lead development and lifecycle management of supplemental health insurance products (Critical Illness, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity). Drive market research, competitive analysis, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional launches working with Pricing, Contracts, Operations, Technology, Training, and Sales to deliver product strategy and execution.

Own production health and performance for AI-enabled claims products across Disability & Leave. Monitor SLAs and UX, lead incident triage and RCA, prioritize fixes with engineering and operations, drive systemic improvements, and oversee FINEOS/Catalyst integration and optimization.
