Partners with technology, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver accessible, mobile-first digital experiences within a regulated financial organization.

Supports the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products. Develops product roadmaps, executive presentations, communications, job aids, training, and enablement materials. Gathers user feedback, drives adoption and change management, monitors product performance, and partners with engineering and business stakeholders on enhancements, issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Performs data analysis across credit card, debit card, and deposit products; develops monitoring dashboards; partners with cross-functional stakeholders; and supports product design, rollout, risk management, compliance, and performance improvement.

Supports credit card acquisition product management and Martech initiatives.
