Defines roadmaps, aligns data models and KPIs, prioritizes AI opportunities, and delivers scalable BI capabilities across distribution lines. Partners with business, product, engineering, finance, sales, and data science teams to improve commercial decision-making, data reuse, and adoption. Manages a globally distributed analytics product team and establishes delivery accountability.

Provide operational and administrative support to the product development team for a six-month contract. Prepare approval presentations and documentation, route materials through internal systems, track submission status, maintain trackers and calendars, organize files and samples, take meeting notes, coordinate cross-functional inputs, respond to basic partner inquiries, and execute assigned tasks under close supervision.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for NBCUniversal's privacy portfolio. Translate privacy regulations into scalable capabilities (DSAR, consent, preference management), define roadmaps, integrate SaaS platforms via APIs/SFTP, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale privacy and compliance solutions.

Manage the Salesforce product roadmap for Global TV Distribution: gather stakeholder needs, prioritize backlog, lead discovery, define requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinate delivery with engineering and vendors, support production issues, and drive adoption and measurement of platform improvements.

Support product and business analysis for a live-events crewing and operations platform: gather and document requirements, maintain Jira backlog, create artifacts (Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma), assist QA and UAT, analyze reporting (Power BI/Tableau), coordinate vendor integrations, prepare training materials, participate in agile ceremonies, and own small scoped enhancements.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile product experiences. Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, run research and experimentation, and drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization. Own launch readiness, post-launch evolution, and help scale the mobile product organization.

Lead ownership and evolution of NBCUniversal's CLM platform (Malbek). Configure workflows, manage roadmap and vendor relationships, gather requirements, design solutions, drive CLM expansion, implement AI-enabled contracting features, support testing and change adoption, and measure adoption and efficiency through KPIs and reporting.
