Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for Aladdin’s Private Markets portfolio management solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on private markets workflows, gather user requirements, prioritize features, manage releases and dependencies, and partner with engineering on technical solutions. Lead governance forums, incorporate client feedback, monitor competitors and industry trends, and advise sales teams and clients on managing private and public exposures.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Enterprise Data Platform's Unstructured Data domain. Define roadmap, manage end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with engineering and UX, drive adoption and go-to-market, measure performance with KPIs, and mentor product managers in a scaled agile, global environment.

Supports product and technical initiatives for BlackRock’s separately managed accounts business. Translates business and operational needs into requirements, coordinates Engineering, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, testers, and external providers, and manages workstreams through delivery, testing, launch, and stabilization. Investigates production issues, improves workflows and system reliability, tracks risks and dependencies, prepares recommendations, and maintains product documentation while using automation and AI-assisted tools to improve delivery processes.

Leads the strategy, architecture, modernization, and scaling of BlackRock’s SMA technology platform. Translates investment-management strategy into product roadmaps, architectural blueprints, epics, and delivery plans. Coordinates product, engineering, operations, data, risk, and compliance teams while improving portfolio, trading, compliance, and post-trade workflows. Designs operating models, governance, automation, and change-management programs, drives adoption, and supports new investment-product development.

Drive product strategy and roadmap for onshore China wealth management products. Lead product design, structuring, approvals and implementation; perform market and competitor research; manage governance, documentation, and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination to enhance commercial performance.

Lead product strategy and execution for Aladdin's fixed income trading workflows. Partner with engineering, design, and clients to deliver scalable trading solutions, monitor market and regulatory changes, drive adoption, and measure success via usage metrics and client satisfaction.
