Partner across engineering, design, go-to-market, customers, and AI ecosystems to drive adoption and measurable outcomes, including task success, latency, and cost efficiency.

Owns technical product capabilities for ServiceNow University’s AI-native learning and credentialing experiences. Defines strategy, roadmaps, requirements, reusable platform capabilities, integration patterns, and measurable outcomes. Partners with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Research, Data, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, accessible, and enterprise-ready experiences involving personalization, conversational interfaces, learner data, search, recommendations, and AI technologies.

Lead the strategy, adoption, and innovation of AI evaluation capabilities across ServiceNow’s technology organization. Define custom metrics, rubrics, datasets, and evaluation strategies for enterprise AI applications, agents, and workflows. Establish evaluation-driven development, quality thresholds, regression testing, release gates, and continuous production monitoring. Partner with AI platform, product, engineering, and specialist teams to influence roadmaps and embed trusted evaluations throughout the AI lifecycle.
