Develops business cases, aligns senior stakeholders, guides reward and offer capabilities, and drives customer, client, financial, and operational results across the product lifecycle.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and evolution of clinical data exchange capabilities for Optum Rx. Lead the strategy, development, consolidation, and rollout of an enterprise provider data management platform. Direct product vision, data modeling, integrations, governance, migration from legacy systems, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, team mentoring, delivery management, and performance optimization. Partner with architects, engineers, executives, and regional stakeholders to build a scalable platform supporting complex provider relationships and enterprise data requirements.

Owns operating excellence for the UnitedHealthcare App platform through customer feedback analysis, KPI reporting, AI-enabled automation, release governance, intake management, stakeholder communications, and executive review support. The role translates app-store, customer, market, and operational data into actionable product insights, standardized reporting, documented workflows, and recommendations for product, engineering, experience, and operations teams.

Owns technical product execution for a healthcare data platform, including backlog readiness, feature decomposition, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependency management, PI planning, and sprint delivery. Partners with engineering, architecture, and distributed stakeholders to clarify requirements, document APIs and data flows, manage risks, support integrations and releases, and improve delivery predictability across multiple engineering teams.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, growth, and performance of facility claims review products. Owns client engagement, commercialization, AI-enabled innovation, analytics, product outcomes, and cross-functional execution across engineering, clinical, coding, operations, and go-to-market teams. Builds and develops a high-performing product organization while driving scalable reimbursement accuracy solutions and measurable financial and client value.

Leads product strategy and execution for healthcare quality optimization products supporting HEDIS, CMS Stars, MSSP, ACO REACH, MIPS, and other value-based care programs. Owns product vision, roadmap, lifecycle management, performance, financial decisions, go-to-market materials, compliance support, and client communications. Manages product teams and drives AI-centric capabilities, customer value, revenue growth, and measurable quality improvement.
