Own the product lifecycle for Rubrik’s cloud and virtual scale-out cluster software, including vision, strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and enhancements. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, resellers, customers, and field teams to drive product improvements, enablement, and adoption. Analyze market trends and KPIs, document product status, communicate technical concepts, and support strategic initiatives across cloud, on-premises, virtualization, and data management environments.

Leads the lifecycle development and global launch of standardized Professional Services offerings. Partners with Product Management, Engineering, practice leaders, sales, and delivery teams to align services with product roadmaps, create deployment frameworks and delivery methodologies, standardize SOWs, and optimize the services portfolio based on customer outcomes, field feedback, utilization, and market trends.

Leads the vision, roadmap, architecture, and delivery of AI-native GTM and customer experience platforms. Oversees agentic workflows across quote-to-cash, partner, onboarding, support, and renewal processes; redesigns and instruments business processes; aligns Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, billing, and CX data; establishes responsible-AI controls; partners with engineering and executives; and scales a team of AI-fluent product managers.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered GTM products supporting the seller journey. Build and launch production generative and agentic AI tools that improve account planning, pipeline management, prospecting, acquisition, and relationship management. Gather requirements, prioritize opportunities using data, prototype solutions, and partner with engineering, AI architecture, sales operations, and enablement to drive adoption and revenue operations transformation.

The Staff IT Product Manager will oversee Sales systems, ensuring SOX compliance, managing integration with Marketing technologies, and optimizing business processes for Sales and Finance operations.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rubrik's virtual offerings (Rubrik Edge, Virtual Cluster). Own virtualization platform and storage ecosystem standards, deployment and supportability, pricing and commercial cases, and cross-functional alignment. Drive AI-enabled evaluation and operations, represent products to customers and partners, and mentor other product managers to unify the portfolio into a coherent product line.
