Own the product direction for GitLab’s usage billing pipeline, including metering, aggregation, rating, and Zuora/CustomersDot integrations. Enable teams to launch credit-consuming capabilities across GitLab deployment models. Prioritize scalability, reliability, billing accuracy, defect remediation, and cost efficiency while coordinating with engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and go-to-market teams. Define metrics for reliability, accuracy, cost to serve, and time to monetize in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Leads GitLab’s Agentic Software Delivery product section across continuous integration, artifact management, continuous deployment, and observability. Owns three-year strategy, product vision, business outcomes, adoption, retention, revenue, investment decisions, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution. Manages senior and principal product managers, partners with Engineering and commercial teams, and guides customers toward AI-powered software delivery. Requires strong technical fluency in DevOps, executive communication, portfolio leadership, and experience with AI-native product management.

Lead pricing strategy and packaging across GitLab’s SaaS portfolio, including AI and usage-based products. Analyze market, competitor, customer, and usage data; build financial models; evaluate monetization opportunities; support product launches and SKU mapping; monitor post-launch results; and influence senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and fulfillment.

Own the function’s AI transformation strategy, prioritize high-impact opportunities, map workflows, and drive measurable adoption. Build and manage AI agents using no-code and low-code tools, configure skills and MCP connections, evaluate agent performance, and iterate solutions. Lead change management, champion networks, cross-functional collaboration, intake processes, and alignment with Enterprise AI and executive stakeholders.

Lead internal product for Quote-to-Cash and Finance systems, owning multi-quarter roadmaps, translating stakeholder needs into system requirements, mentoring BSAs, driving program delivery (UAT through stabilization), and partnering on architecture and integration decisions across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, and CDot.

Lead product strategy connecting planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development. Define spec-driven workflows, collaborate with engineering/design across Plan, SCM, Code Review and AI, use customer insights and data to prioritize, and help teams ship high-quality features enabling human-in-the-loop and autonomous development.
