Partner with engineering, design, research, data science, ML, marketing, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities. Use experimentation, market analysis, KPIs, and customer insights to improve conversion, merchandising, learner experience, and revenue.

Lead product strategy and roadmap ownership for high-priority Coursera and Udemy platform areas, including AI-powered features and creator content experiences. Define end-to-end solutions for instructors, creators, learners, and enterprise customers; make product decisions amid ambiguity; partner with Engineering, Design, and Data through launch; use customer insights and analytics to improve outcomes; and mentor product peers.
