Own the Mobile product business end to end, including roadmap, customer adoption, sales pipeline, proof-of-value engagements, implementation, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. Partner closely with sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and engineering while translating customer and field insights into priorities. The role is accountable for Mobile adoption and ARR growth and will later extend to the VDI offering.

Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a core area of Spark, Nexthink’s enterprise AI agent. Partner with customers, engineering, applied AI, and design to ship reliable, safe, observable agent capabilities. Define guardrails, success metrics, experimentation, and optimization processes; prioritize ambiguous opportunities using data; communicate decisions across technical and executive stakeholders; and translate advances in agentic AI into product direction.

Lead end-to-end delivery for parts of Nexthink Workspace, an AI-native B2B SaaS product. Drive discovery, document requirements, run agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional launches, measure feature success, and engage customers to inform product strategy and iteration.
