Own the strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse’s core product. Conduct customer research, analyze product data, prioritize initiatives, write requirements, create mockups, and partner with engineering and design through launch. The role covers scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments while supporting Sales and Customer Success with product expertise. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dallas, Texas.

Senior executive accountable for product vision, strategy, and outcomes across Product Management, Design, Operations, and Data. Build and scale the product org, align cross-functional teams, drive discovery-to-delivery processes, and embed agentic AI and automation into the platform to improve core workflows and customer outcomes.
