Owns the Business Payments product experience and roadmap, including ERP and embedded integrations. Translates customer, partner, and stakeholder needs into product decisions, requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities. Coordinates with Engineering, QA, Sales, Operations, and Technology to deliver capabilities, improve usability and adoption, manage integration communications, and support go-to-market efforts. The role also applies AI tools to product workflows and monitors user-facing metrics to identify friction and prioritize improvements.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and delivery of enterprise payment processing services. Develop API-based payment products, define use cases and acceptance criteria, collaborate with architecture and technology teams, engage clients, and support post-launch initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in card payments, acquiring rules, cloud technologies, microservices, Agile delivery, and scalable API platforms, along with stakeholder communication and up to 15% travel.
