Own the vision and roadmap for Hex’s analytical product areas, including notebooks, dashboards, and conversational AI. Conduct customer discovery, competitive research, and data analysis to identify valuable problems. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features, learn from market feedback, and support product success. The role requires hands-on experience with technical products and the ability to move quickly in a growth-stage startup.

Own Hex’s monetization strategy and product experiences across evaluation, purchase, expansion, pricing, packaging, and billing. Design scalable monetization models for new products, drive company-wide initiatives such as credit models and internationalization, and build billing infrastructure that enables experimentation and growth. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Data, and customers to deliver clear experiences and align teams around outcomes.
