The Director, AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation will drive sales and growth in strategic accounts, manage client relationships, develop account strategies, and lead complex engagements in SDLC modernization and AI-enabled delivery.

Own operational excellence for cloud infrastructure: run incident management, improve reliability through automation, own a platform domain (e.g., Kubernetes, Temporal, observability), manage vendor and cost relationships, and deliver measurable reductions in incidents and costs within 12 months.

Ensure customers realize value quickly, configure product and workflows, monitor usage, mitigate churn, drive expansion, advise on HubSpot/Salesforce and GTM stacks, and surface voice-of-customer to Product and Support.

Develops, maintains, and updates technical documentation supporting federal ATO, FISMA, and RMF processes for IAM systems. Creates security plans, configuration records, risk logs, test documentation, training materials, metrics, support materials, and other compliance artifacts. Revises application content according to style and Section 508 accessibility standards while coordinating with technical, security, and stakeholder teams.

Develop and execute a territory business plan, build relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies, conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, use data to identify opportunities, achieve sales goals, and maintain territory information in a CRM system.

Close qualified sales opportunities with eCommerce founders and decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls, identify business challenges, sell CRO redesigns and A/B testing services, manage proposals through close, follow up consistently, maintain an accurate pipeline, and improve conversion rates. The role requires strong B2B sales skills, eCommerce and DTC knowledge, and ownership of sales targets and results.

Monitor news, media, social platforms, and events; prepare data for media analysis and reports; create Excel pivot tables, charts, and visualizations; write analytical insights; support research projects; and validate proprietary reputation-risk and stakeholder-view scoring. The intern will help deliver timely client alerts, briefings, and longer-term reports while collaborating with analysts and interpreting trends across business, culture, and politics.
