Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Support divisional credit function by interviewing applicants, reviewing credit reports, establishing and maintaining credit limits and files, coordinating with sales center managers, monitoring A/R and delinquent accounts, preparing credit reports, accepting payments, and recommending collection or account actions.

Manage treasury operations including customer fund segregation, cash positioning, wire transfers, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The Controller will oversee the accounting process, manage M&A activity, ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and develop the accounting team.
