Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for member cost and transparency products. Translate member research and data into prioritized features, partner with engineering and data teams, write requirements and acceptance criteria, ensure regulatory compliance, track KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve member cost experiences.
